Step 1: Create AE Support Account


Before submitting a support ticket, please create AE support account that is different from your regular account. Enter your full name and email and then click Register. We will send an activation link to your email address where you need to follow instructions on how to log into your AE support account.

 

Step 2: Submit New Support Ticket



Once you logged in, please follow instructions for creating a new support ticket.




Step 3: Please describe the issue




Please describe the issue thoroughly, provide as much information as necessary. It will help us to process your ticket faster.

 

Step 4: Receive confirmation




Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation notification via email.

  • Check our FAQ section & Knowledge Base for the answers to most asked questions before creating a ticket. If you’re unable find the answer to your question, kindly submit a new ticket and our support team will assist you promptly.

  • Alternatively, you can send your request via support@arbitrage.expert

  • Please do not create more than one ticket for the same issue. Creating duplicates would delay the support process significantly. To follow up on an issue, please use Check Ticket Status option for direct communication with support team.

  • Please refrain from using social media for technical issues requiring our support team attention.
