How do I retrieve lost/forgotten password?

If you are not able to log in to your dash, please refer to an applicable issue below and follow the instructions to recover access to your account.
I forgot my password
To reset your password:
Go to the AE homepage
Click Login in the upper-right corner of your screen
On the login screen, click on forgot password link.
Enter your email address and click Submit.
Check your email inbox associated with AE account for further instructions on restoring your password.
