HOW DOES IT WORK?

Max. Jumps - represent path search value. The algorithm will perform a search for potential paths between no more than [ 2 ] exchanges.  Set value = 0, the algorithm will perform an inter-exchange search. where it would look for any potential arbitrage opportunities within a single exchange.

Max. intra  - intra-exchange refers to buying one coin for another on a single exchange before attempting to carry it out to another exchange to later sell it for profit.

For instance, if we specify Min. gain. to be 2%  & Max. intra is set to the value of 2,  the algorithm will attempt to buy Bitcoin with USD, then sell the Bitcoin for Litecoin, before suggesting to carry it to another exchange for a final profit of 2%. In essence, the algorithm will aim to find a minimum arbitrage gain of 2% by taking intra-trades into the equation.

Min Gain -  value indicates the minimum profit target to be generated from each arbitrage path.

Max Gain -  value indicates the maximum profit target to be generated from each arbitrage path.

Min. Load - indicates the minimum desired budget in USD to be considered per single trade within each path. For instance: to allocate $5,000 per path trade, you would enter 5000 in the field next to “Min load”.

During the scanning process, AE looks at the book’s total volume as well as the size of each bid & ask, in an attempt to determine if the book has enough load at the price that can result in profit.

Important:  a greater Min Load value would potentially decrease the targeted Min. Gain percentage. Alternatively, by setting the Min. Gain to be 2%, while [Min & Max Load ] to 50000, the algorithm may not display nearly as many opportunities as opposed to having the [Min Load ] setting configured at 5000.

Path limit:  - indicates how many paths to be displayed during each scanning session.

Group:   -  grouping structure was introduced for the algorithm’s speed optimization purposes.

  1. Goodcoins - represents 26 most popular, most liquid coins like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, etc...

  2. Coins_Grade_B - represents 68 less liquid & less popular coins.

  3. Coins_Grade_C - represents 2000+ illiquid & struggling coins.

Entry Point - represents the arbitrage starting location. For instance; by selecting Binance, as the starting point, the algorithm will only consider displaying paths with Binance as a starting position.

Exit Point - represents the arbitrage exit location. For instance; by selecting Binance, as the exit point, the algorithm will only consider displaying paths with Binance as the final exit destination.

Round trip - an indicator to execute searches that can only lead back to the original starting point. Despite all odds, round trips are considered to be rare events and typically become temporarily available during the rapid market shifts.

Base Currency: select the currency you're going to make your initial trade with. At the present moment, there are only                                two types of base currencies available, [ USD & USDT ]

                             - More base currencies will be added in the future releases.

Blacklist: designed for removing temporary unavailble couns from being considered as part of any Path.  If you stumble upon an under maintenance coin, please place it in the blackliist.

  • Duration -  represents time in hh:mm:ss a particular path has remained validated in accordance with the user settings. The algorithm continually scans the books related to each path to ensure the parameters from the user settings are still matching the values within each path. For instance, if the price of the coin from the last leg shifts down, as a result, the entire path would be invalidated because it is no longer going to be matching user settings. The timer will freeze and the whole path will be considered invalid.

Path duration - is an indicator of the time the path has remained valid.

Traded amount - indicates a value from max load settings.

The net amount  - indicates a potential revenue (including trade fees) that can be generated from the path.

Gain % - displays the total amount to be gained from completing this path.

Trade and withdrawal fees: represent the fee schedule assigned by each exchange.

Please note: some exchanges are known for updating the fee schedule without notice. Nevertheless, we will do our best to keep this part as accurate as possible.

The small PIN icon in the top right-hand corner of the first box is conveniently designed for freezing the desired path.

The frozen state allows the path to remain in place without being pulled down upon each page refresh. The timer will continue to remain active until the path becomes invalidated or manually unpinned by the user.

Upon calculating each path, the algorithm considers the minimum and the maximum  “Load Amount” from the user settings. It compares the price availability & size of the requested trade with the actual values fetched directly from the book (1) on the exchange(s).

When the price & size is colored blue (2), it indicates that the algorithm utilized the highlighted data in calculating the path. The pale red (1) color - serves as a warning indicator that there might not be enough size for the given price.

Arbitrage Path is considered a logical, analytics tool. It’s NOT an automated trading bot, nor it is designed to guarantee any profits.
